A 42-room boutique hotel with a restaurant, conference hall and landscaped grounds.
Palmview was built around a central courtyard, with guest rooms in two wings and public spaces on the ground floor. Finishes, joinery and services were coordinated with the operator so that the hotel opened fully fitted, not in phases.
